What: “Start to finish” 2-day Strategic Planning workshop for a fraction of the cost that big businesses pay for this exact program. You and your business “thought partner” will develop a compass for running your business. First time participants will have support to create work products from scratch. Past participants will revisit and update their work products.

Day One: 

  • Clarify your organizational identity (values, mission & core)
  • Dream and describe an inspiring future (vision and milestone timeline)
  • Analyze the current state (internal strengths & weaknesses, external opportunities & threats)

Day Two: 

  • Set near-term goals
  • Draft strategies to achieve the goals
  • Establish a structure for accountability

Cost per business: Earlybird (til Dec 31) rate is $295. Jan 1, cost is $345. Includes breakfast & lunch on both days, tuition, and overnight accommodations at the Balch (Traditional Room – queen bed). Dinner, beer & wine available for purchase at Balch-very reasonable.
