  2. Offers and Rates - Identify what products and services you can provide and the price for each
  3. Reasonable Combo - Select a manageable combination of products and services that you could provide in a month
  4. Calendar Check - Test the combination in a sample calendar to plot a hypothetical schedule for Step 3
  5. Promote and Book - Market and book the specific offers that get you to the desired workload and income.
