Day Two: 

  • Set near-term goals
  • Draft strategies to achieve the goals

Cost per business: Earlybird (til Nov 30) rate is $295. Dec 1, cost is $345. Includes breakfast & lunch on both days, tuition, and overnight accommodations at the Balch (Traditional Room – queen bed). Dinner, beer & wine available for purchase at Balch-very reasonable.
